My friend Tom sent me the link to this fascinating lecture given by Professor James Duane of Regent University Law School, who was a former Criminal Defense attorney, called Eight Reasons Even Innocent People Shouldn’t Talk to the Police. Responding to the lecture, in the same classroom, is Officer George Bruch of the Virginia Beach Police Department, who says that the professor is absolutely right and then goes over several of the techniques used by police during investigations/interrogations.
